Refund Policy

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final.

For hygiene and safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on opened or used skincare, body care, herbal remedies, or apothecary products.

Eligible Returns

Unopened and unused items in their original packaging may be eligible for return within 14 days of delivery. To be considered, items must be in resalable condition.

 

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at wildmercyapothecary@gmail.com with:

 

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the item(s) and packaging

  •   We will gladly offer a replacement or refund when applicable.

 

Refunds & Store Credit

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method or as store credit, at our discretion.

Store credit does not expire and may be used at any time.

Final Sale Items

All clearance, seasonal, limited-edition, and custom-blended products are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once an order has been shipped and marked as delivered, Wild Mercy Apothecary is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.
